Soyos Papaya and Acerola

Papaya is sweet by nature and acerola has that distinctive and charming taste. These two fruits go very well together, but got even better with a touch of soy. For those who do not believe, Soyos Papaya and Acerola is here to prove it.

Health Benefits

Containing less calories and a good amount of fiber, papaya helps a lot the good function of the intestine. This fruit also has large amount of vitamin C, nutrient that has important functions: such as cleaning up free radicals, immune system booster and anti-inflammatory actions.

Acerola has large amounts of vitamin C, surpassing even orange and lemon. In addition, it is also a great source of vitamin A, iron, calcium and vitamins B (Thiamin, Riboflavin and niacin).

Soybeans also contribute with high quality proteins, vitamins, fiber and minerals. It is low in bad fats (saturated) and rich in good fats (Omega 3 and 6).
