Health Benefits

The pineapple is rich in manganese, mineral involved in the bone formation and in several other fundamental reactions of the body. It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin with antioxidant action, which contributes to the proper functioning of the cells of the body’s defense system and participates in the maintenance of collagen, important protein to the structure of various parts of the body.

Like pineapple, lime is rich in vitamin C, and is responsible for increasing the body’s defenses, fighting colds and inflammation of the respiratory tract.
